Dana and Langston : May 20, 2011

Oh my gosh, I realized today that I’ve been so busy taking pictures that I’m behind on my blogging. So I drank a coke and now I’m about to drink a Starbucks frozen coffee to get myself fired up to get caught up. Here’s the start of the latest scoop…

Dana and Langston, and their 2 beautiful daughters, tied the knot at Brookside Gardens. What a gorgeous setting for a wedding. Lush greenery, fountains, reflecting pools, bridges, and just about every flower imaginable, make it a perfect backdrop for photos that are just to die for. If you’ve never been there – pick a nice day, make the trip and take your camera – you won’t be disappointed.

When I met Dana and Langston we hit it off immediately. The two of them are so easy to like… even more easy to photograph… and they’re both really sexy! And here I go again with my celebrity look-a-like, but I can’t help myself. Dana is tall and beautiful and every time I look at her she  reminds me of a young Diana Ross.

Everyone in their family, and all of their friends, were so helpful in making Dana and Langston’s day extra special. I love seeing people come together like that to make good things happen. I’m so thankful to have been part of it all and to see these two wonderful people finally become Mr. and Mrs. Drew. You can tell by looking at them that they are very much in love. I’m so happy for them and wish them the best of everything in their future.

When I found out they were going to Jamaica for their honeymoon I asked if they wanted me to tag along for honeymoon photos (wink, wink) oh well, hey…. a girl can dream a little, right?

Here are few photos of the day. You can see their entire feature gallery on my website at, under “galleries”.

A tender moment between father and daughter just before walking down the aisle.

Dana is so happy. This photo just makes me smile every time I look at it.

This little bridge was the best spot for a group photo.

Smokin’ Hot !

This is one of my favorite shots of the day. I just LOVE everything about it.

A fabulous shot at the Japanese Tea House and Reflecting Pool.

The family sitting pretty! I want these leaf chairs in my back yard!!
